We operate a general policy of buying, selling and exchanging suitable goods, but we have also extended that into an even better deal for any customers returning goods they have bought from us in the first place.

All you need to do is make sure that our original price labels are left intact, and that you keep the books, DVDs or CDs in good condition and then, when you return them to us, we will credit you a maximum of 50% of your original price against your next purchases.

And, should you not use up all your credit, we can give you a credit note for the balance, but please note:-

Credit given on books exchanged can only be used towards the purchase of other books, but credit on DVDs and/or CDs can be used towards any goods we are offering for sale.
